Release v0.0.16 on July 12th - Add Java FastQC Library to Targets List
Ensure the FastQC tool is recognized and executed correctly by adding the Java FastQC library to the target list and including it in the bash.rc wrappers
- Integrate the Java FastQC library into the targets list to ensure that FastQC is recognized as a valid tool within our system
- Include FastQC in the bash.rc wrappers
